Terms of Use

These terms describe the scope of Kinola, its safety limits and membership operations.

Publisher: Murat ERAVCI · Public developer display: Kinola Mobile · Effective date: 30 August 2026

Service scope

Kinola is a communication tool that helps users send optional I’m OK updates, lets family members see that status, manages family plans, and starts explicitly authorized location sharing.

Not an emergency service

Kinola does not diagnose health conditions, guarantee that a person is safe, replace ambulance/police/fire services, or guarantee delivery of notifications in every circumstance. In an emergency, use official emergency channels in your location.

User responsibilities

Membership and Google Play purchases

Membership and Gold features are offered according to the product, period and price shown in the app and Google Play. Final price, tax, trial, renewal and refund terms are shown by the Google Play account and store screen. Family plan features apply within the active-member capacity of the relevant plan; Gold does not change the base plan capacity.

Google Play subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the Google Play account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; check the subscription separately in Play.

Location and notification limits

Users can stop location sharing and feature permissions at any time. Background location, battery saving and connectivity restrictions can cause delays. The app is not an emergency communications channel or continuous tracking service.

Privacy and account operations

Data processing and user controls are described in the Privacy Policy. Users who cannot access the app can use the secure request path on the account deletion page; reinstalling the app is not required.
