Publisher: Murat ERAVCI · Public developer display: Kinola Mobile · Effective date: 30 August 2026

Delete from the app

  1. Open Kinola and go to the Privacy Center.
  2. Select Permanently delete my account.
  3. Read the stated effects and retention explanation.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and start the request.

An in-app request is accepted through an authenticated-user and App Check-protected server operation. Reinstalling the app is not required; access is closed when the request is accepted.

If you cannot access the app

Users who cannot access the app can start an account deletion request through the public support channel below. Identity and account ownership must be confirmed through a secure verification step before processing.

Effects by role

Timing and exceptions

Deletion targets completion in 7 days and may retry up to 30 days when temporary technical failures occur. Deletion audit records and records required for legal or financial retention may remain longer. A Google Play subscription is separate from account deletion; check and cancel it separately in Play. When the billing owner is deleted, a provider-cancellation job may be created and access or entitlement can end according to provider processing.

See the Privacy Policy for privacy details and the Terms of Use for service and subscription scope.
